I have heard that a shot of pickle juice works wonders…but that is a no-go for me!

I will get them in the middle of the night in my feet or calves. If I take a swallow of mustard and wash it down with a Liquid IV, the cramps release almost instantaneously.

I found one of the kids "cup of noodles" in the basement pantry. If the 1200 mg of sodium doesn't get me enough salt, nothing will.

The vinegar is the main part that cures cramps. Supposedly.

My grandmother always canned "pickle juice" for us growing up and she swore the vinegar was key. I don't know for sure i just know pickle juice has always worked for me.

Just my 2cents

I've been known to drink apple cider vinegar and NC vinegar BBQ right out of the bottle....

LOL! Thats some me $hit

During wildfires a year or so ago I had my girlfriend so to Sams Club and buy 2 cases of those big jugs of those Del-Dixie pickles for me and my guys. Never went home with a cramp.

ETA: I have noticed those pickle shots that you buy in the store. Do not work the same.

Water Boy Weekend Hydration….mix with about 24oz of ice cold water to lower the salt taste. Bye bye hydration related cramps.

For nocturnal leg cramps, 300mg of quinine will not allow the cramps to ruin your sleep.

I’ve had both night time foot and calf cramps wake me up. Neither compares with an out of nowhere hamstring cramp.

Ugh personally, my currently torn PCL begs to differ and historically, my burns I had to get debrided 3X a week says you’re a pussy.

ETA: had cramps before

Chin/throat cramp from yawning. That hurts & there’s no stretching that out to get it to stop.

Was in the high temp, low humidity, desert sun all day today. Got WAY behind on my hydration. Laying on the couch watching Daytona and my feet are cramping like crazy. Time for liquid IV.
