Food Poisoning. OT Gimme Some Advice. I'm Dying.

Went to dinner with the misses (no pics) tonight at about 7. I could tell something was a little off later because I felt like really full. Bloated. Anyway I chalked it up to drinking too much water.
I laid down about 11pm and tossed and turned till about midnight. That's about when the diarrhea kicked in. Followed that up with some brutal puking now 2 or 3 times and I'm dead.
Any advice. This is fricking horrible...

There is no advice to give, unfortunately.
It will be done when it's done. Just stay hydrated in the meantime, and stay close to the shitter.

Pedialyte and water 50/50 mix for hydration. Force the issue.
Urgent care.
ETA: I meant take these two steps in combination. They can give you IV fluids and anti-diarrhea meds, as well as Zofran for the nausea.

That's not food poisoning, that's either Norovirus or Rotavirus.

When I went in, they gave me a shot and kept me hydrated. If you cant make it to the hospital, stay hydrated like Hemp said and ride it out. There's really no getting around the wheels set in motion.

Push water the best you can, it may feel like a moot point as youll swear its coming out as fast as you can put it in but you gotta keep hydrated. Try something for nausea and hang in there.

Had it twice and went to a Doc in a box both times. 2nd time was so bad that i lost 10 pounds in 12 hrs.
