these threads make me sick. ive been on this message board every day for 18 years and i missed the only good thing that's ever come of it.
there's no way i would have held all that long (maybe save some just in case it blew up like it did), but really feel like this was my random lucky break in life and i fricked it

I found out about bitcoin because of a thread here explaining how to access the darkweb and get on the hidden wiki site. On that site, I saw stuff about buying bitcoin and using bitcoin to pay for things. I freaked out when I saw a lot of stuff on the darkweb like links to go to some pretty awful stuff. So I thought bitcoin was only really used for illegal activities despite what others were saying. This was when bitcoin was less than $10 dollars. Then Wiki and others talked about getting in on it. I still didn't jump on it. I regret it, but I also know I couldnt have sat on it this long. I would have pulled most of my profit out by now I think.

OG Silk Road was fricking wild. You could buy guns, lab equipment, fake passports, ATM hacking shite….just about any kind of black market activity you could ever imagine. I’m sure there are hit sites but I never got that froggy.
