The future is here, Baws! Check out the Jetson ONE flying car
I would love to have one of these. Hopefully, they will make significant advancements with the battery to get in an 8 hour range - I would be all over it at that point.

I went to the website to pre-order one and noticed they're trying to charge me $30,000 more than what you were showing in your pic. My price showed $128,000. I will not order unless they can match the advertise price.

Or for $200k I can buy my own Cessna 172 and have less of a chance of dying.
My biggest fear with this is idiots taking flight and interfering with aviation safety.

The first flying cars were built in the 50's.
With these, I don't see the government allowing mass use of these without automated, pre-programmed flight plans. In other words, they will only allow self flying cars. I'm not a fan of govt. authority, but it's probably the best way to prevent every fender bender from becoming a multiple fatality.

That's the best part. It's a personal vehicle with no unnecessary bells and whistles. Really it's a lot like a personal helicopter. Just needs a 8 hour battery.

You can get one of those flying go cart things.
You know, the cart frame with the big fan on the back and hang glider canopy above you for wayyyyyyyyyyy less.
May not look as cool, but it’s gonna get you where you want to be flying all the same
