If you haven’t been to outer space, then how can anybody definitively say the Earth is round???? You’re just going off of what NASA says at that point…

I won't even engage in conversation with idiots and their conspiracy theories, flat earthers, dinosaurs never really existed, etc.

Also I never argue politics or religion since those are 2 subjects people are usually deeply committed to.

This is how I handle idiots like that. Find a subject that you know is wrong but say it's right. Something the other person believes it's true. Then get them riled up. It won't bother you because you know your lying. It's too much of a headache to argue with someone who thinks their right. Can't change their mind. So might as well have fun pissing them off.

Or the flat earth guy might be doing this too you. He probably knows the earth is round but wants to see how pissed off you would get. Seemed it worked.

Once a a preacher come over to my house. I have some dinosaur fossils on display. He told me that they were only 6000 years old. I asked him why is that. He said the earth was only 8000 years old. This is just a guess about the time length. it was years ago but remember that he gave something along those lines. Didn't even try to argue on that. Just smiled and said ok.

The way I got them is interesting. Lived south of Tampa years ago. Had a friend that worked construction on multi million dollar houses. They found a ton of dino fossils but were ordered to destroy them. Didn't want archeologist finding out and stop them building. He had hundreds of them at his house.
