Publix trucks headed to the stores, to get them up and going.

Do it right to start, great engineering had planned for this worst case....so I'm sure it was built in sections that could be easily replaced if damaged.
Kudos because they obviously had them prefabricated and ready since it has to cure for some time.
They must have many bridges with exact same sections, therefore had prefabricated sections in stock.

That would take Louisiana 3 years to determine if a study should be done to determine if a repair is needed.

Yeah but were the construction companies minority or female owned?

2 years of studies

And that’s if the contractor doesn’t go bankrupt
It's adorable that you think that would be completed in one year in LA.

So what was the actual work that was done?
LA sucks in many things but usually when there is unlimited emergency federal funding we can get stuff done fast as well.

I feel the same. While I believe DeSantis would be the better candidate, I would be perfectly happy with Trump for 4 and then Big Ron for 8 leaving 4 more years of him in FL.

Yep - it would take at least 3 months for these idiots to even know the bridge was gone too.

Got damn I wish I could move. Any of you Florida boys need a high priced sales director?

We had a tiny road level bridge out on a US highway in Tangipahoa parish for over a year.

Impressive no matter how you look at it.

It would take three years in Louisiana to figure out who got what graft

About 16 months so far to pave 6 miles of US 190 from Port Barre to Opelousas.

This reminds me of Trump.
Let's see if Florida screws the contractors out of their money they earned like Trump first before bestowing that honor.

However the good news about doing it in Louisiana is that the governor, speaker of the house and assorted agency heads get to buy band new motor homes to take to LSU games.
