Amazing what can be done, when all the focus is on one common goal.

Nasa should take note.

If this was in a movie, I would say the special effects don't look real because there's no way they'd ever be able to do something like this.

I said the same thing. Didn't think this was real the first time I saw the video. Really impressive how far and fast they have advanced.

They're too busy spending billions on studies of why the air is racist.

A very important part to look at is if the correct pronouns were used

Excellent video showing the catch pins contact. (love the sonic boom shock wave in the ground fog)

The failure that lead to the progress.
I once read they they started space x like an IT company. Just pump out the code as fast as you can and then fix the inevitable failures as you go.

they could give NASA 10 trillion dollars and they would not be able to accomplish what SpaceX did in the same timeframe.

a lesson many never learn. it takes failure to become better.

It’s amazing how many people would rather heckle and laugh at someone for setting big goals and then be so nasty and dismissive of them once accomplished .
Used to be that if you talk that much shite about someone then you better be right otherwise you rightfully look like a giant choad. But personal pride and shame doesn’t exist anymore; constant sarcastic trolling used to be considered loser behavior but now it makes ppl think they’re the ones who are smart.

NASA helped SpaceX fight the FAA this time around and get the launch license, so we should cut them some slack for now.
I learned FAA, NASA and DoD can all issue launch licenses.

Amazing what can be accomplished by the private sector with no government intrusions

and no DEI hires.
Amazing what can be accomplished if you hire people on the basis of competence and qualifications as opposed to making sure the hire checks a socio/economic box.

Elon Musk is the most visionary, technological human mind of the last 2000 years. Greater than Einstein, Newton, Hawking, or da Vinci.

Crazy how all that burning Jet Fuel did not make the structure collapse?
