Man up and ask a flight attendant to move them. By law they will either have him pay for two seats or make him get off the plane

Something similar happened to Candace Owens, she got a refund. Sounds like though they made her sit there because she was small.

You know how that have that carryon gauge at the door to determine if the bag should be checked? They should have on at the ticket counter for fat asses to see how many seats they should purchase.
