Get the application from the post office, and follow the instructions. Then you are at the mercy of the Federal Government. Not much more you can do. Good luck and God's speed, baw.

Don't write on your app in blue ink if you end up going to the post office in person.

I know...It has just been my personal experience that the two times I tried the Walgreen's by my house their camera was broken or Latrice didn't know how to use it.

Go to the USPS website & find which post office locations near you accept applications. Complete the application & bring it with you, along with your passport photo & a certified copy of your birth certificate. It’s an easy process.
My post office took the picture right there.

I see that you’re in sta. You can go to the clerk of court in Gonzales to get it done. I got my picture taken at Walgreens and was in and out of the coc in 15 minutes.

Thanks everyone. Looks like Walgreens is the majority decision for the first stop.

Those companies just take money to fill out forms for you. If you're not in a rush just go to a post office.

Just go to EPCOT. Traveling is overrated and the rest of the world sucks.

you're in New Orleans go to the main post office on loyola and bring a passport photo from Walgreens. If you go when the open you'll be done in 30 minutes
If you go when they're closed, no telling.

We just took care of renewing ours last week. Schedule an appointment with USPS. It was quick and painless.

They changed the rules with the emergence of facial recognition software. It’s much more accurate without a smile or glasses on you face.

Go to the passport office on Canal Street in New Orleans and get a passport in about an hour. Or go to any local state courthouse.

Go to the State Department website and follow the instructions. I had a friend take a phone pic, printed two copies at Kinko's and they accepted it.
