I have some shirts, they look and feel great. The problem is once you wear them you will never want to buy off the rack again.

You clearly haven’t done your homework. You can fly to HK or Vietnam, have 1 maybe 2 full suits and 3 or 4 shirts made for the “bespoke” suit here. You’re probably talking to someone at Tom James which is a joke of a suit.
