it’s clearly deceptive because it’s virtually the same packaging and even says the word whisky on it. Further, they sell regular fireball in the same small bottles.

Eh. Here is NC, liquor can only be sold at ABC stores, so the fact that it’s available at gas stations and grocery stores automatically means it isn’t whiskey.

Obviously other states are different

People were freaking out about this in Texas. But you know they don't just sell liquor in gas stations in Texas.

Considering that I’ve had plenty of patients(out of their minds in inpatient hospital detox) imbibe multiple sleeves of fireballs a day as they DOC: forgive me if I don’t rush to support the plaintiff.

shite is directly marketed to alcoholics.

LoL I knew this. There are legit mini bottles sold at liquor stores however. The taste is noticeable.

So who's suing them, the bums on the street buying the mini bottles at the gas station?

Those little Fireball mini whiskies are good for snow skiing trips.

Exactly. I mean you should know its something different. I first noticed this with "Southern Comfort" sold at gas stations. I knew it wasnt the same.

Damn I feel duped now. Those are always my choice to sneak into arenas as there’s no metal on them and all plastic. Most of the other small bottles have a metal cap and don’t want to set off the metal detectors.

I see these when I stop for a 24 oz High Life. Always curious who would buy the little bottles of hooch. They wouldn't last a mile...

That's the point.

Extends pinky finger as I sip a dram of Fireball from my crystal tumbler and give it the old Kentucky chew

"By God, this isn't fine whiskey?!!"

You never see anyone go into a bar and order a shot and a beer?

Well you get your highlife and your shot at the convenience store. It’s much cheaper that way.

Great for parade throws and kids love them. This was from a Halloween parade in Bay St. Louis.
