Rayville Fire Chief Gary Miller, 51, was arrested for domestic abuse battery resulting from an argument with his daughter late last month.
Miller reportedly hit his daughter in the stomach and choked her during an argument over a rental agreement. Miller is 6 ft. 5 inches tall and 350 pounds.
