Finished my MBA today

While taking the program I was motivated to update my original thread from 2023 asking about the program but admins have it locked. Imagine my disappointment when I couldn’t update that thread.
How will things change for me when I apply for roles now with an MBA under my belt?

Personally I felt it was a great tool to get through HR filtering but each field will probably weigh the degree differently.

Probably not much at all. I have my MBA and got it knowing it wouldn't give me much of a leg up early in my career. Will be more helpful later in my career for jobs that want masters degree candidates or tiebreakers for a promotion.
