1st of all I wouldn’t even consider going to that bs, but I would be happy to pay double the price vs spending an entire lifetime being black. Proud of my white skin

First response is "why do people want to go somewhere where they obviously aren't welcome?"

The lawyer response is that if a similar music-cultural festival charged more for people of color, the Justice Department, media and alien diplomats would be all over it.

How about separate drinking fountains for blacks and whites?

Sure why not...if the private business wants to.

In a free market, this shouldn't be a problem as long as you dont have Jim Crow laws that forces private businessed to segregate.

I think what happened to that man is wrong. People should not be forced to provide a service to anyone they don’t want to. The market should decide their fate if people want to boycott or not. So I see what you’re getting at but I do agree that was wrong.

You would say I was a SJW, and I think this is illegal.

That said I don’t know why any white person would want to attend this event. I get the feeling those that do are the ones that go around with “white guilt” and apologize for everything.

Agree, but maybe they are considering Afros in the future.

And people wonder why...
NON-POC should boycott the event and then laugh at the killing / festival violence headlines in tomorrow's newspaper.

We live another day.

Could groups of bar owners, say in Tuscaloosa's case, along the strip near the university campus all band together and make blacks pay a cover charge, but not whites?

But, of course not. So, how is charging a different price, based on ethnicity, allowed? Most certainly, these festival organizers know it's not allowed, but they also know that it will bring attention to their shite festival, so maybe they are smarter than we are giving them credit.

I’m pretty sure that’s illegal.
