Does a sport exist where that sports best female athletes could defeat that sports best male athletes in competition?
Maybe Pool?

Gymnastics seems like a possible sport where it could happen, but do they do the same things in their competitions? I really don't know.

Not likely. Male gymnasts are some of the most physically fit humans on the planet.

If any component of strength, speed, agility, endurance, or power is involved then the answer is a definitive NO.
However, if flexibility, hand-eye coordination, or skill (you referenced billiards although technically that's a game, not a sport) are more essential, then women would at least have somewhat of a chance because men don't necessarily have a built-in anatomical advantage.
But which sport would these skills apply to?

don't know what gymnasts do. I don't watch them.

I got the dreaded last post on pg 1, so reposting...
Don't know about all skiing, but for ski jumping, it's apparently close. From the 2013 World Cup competition in Lillehammer, the average jump for the top 20 men was less than a meter longer than the top 20 women, and the top woman would have earned a silver medal if both sexes competed together.

I was going to say maybe pool, but wasn't sure if that counts as a sport.
Maybe figure skating?
Maybe figure skating?

I know nothing about this sport. Is it just based on amount of distance run? Can women run further or have both sees run the same distance? If same, are women faster?

Men are better at figure skating because they have more physical strength to pull off more difficult jumps.

And that's a reasonably legit "sport" in that it requires at the least, strength, balance, coordination and explosion.
With that in mind, I wonder what allows women to stay close on that one because frankly, in pretty much all endeavors requiring the things I listed, high school boy athletes whip pro women.

Bone density. They're built like birds.

There isn't a single sport that requires physical activity where women are better than men...even gymnastics

Maybe their lighter weight compensates for lack of explosive strength.

Probably not, especially on a consistent basis. Could it happen once in a blue moon? Possibly. But that would be a fluke.

Seriously, what is going on today with all the threads bitching about/shitting on women? Is the OT over women?

But figure skating isn't all jumps. Ball room dance would be another maybe, but it all depend on whether people viewed it as sport.
Of the main, well known sports, my answer is no though.
