Ordered 2 new bikes for my 2 and 4 year old from the same company on December 12th. Both bikes were in Covington on the 14th. The bike for my 4 year old finally got delivered on 12/18. Called the company and they were great. Cancelled the order that wasn’t delivered and sent a new bike out that day.
The new order has been expected to be delivered and on a truck since12/22. Waiting until the other one is delivered to give it to them.

Not as gift but I had USPS Trk# for an Ebay item scheduled to be delivered on 17th, was in Ft. Worth 4 days with no update then was updated to out for delivery. Was marked delivered yesterday. Lol they havent brought shite.
It wasnt stolen either, I live in an exclusive enclave with with license plate scanners at the gate.

It’s actually kind of a modern miracle how fast we can get shite if you think about it

Sounds like procrastination and impatience is the main cause of this. But you feel the need to play the victim.
Any delivery service is going to be slammed out of their minds during this time of the year. Everybody else is doing exactly what you are doing. It makes perfect sense for delays, errors. Plan accordingly.

Apparently there was a line of people outside the Covington FedEx facility Christmas Eve. All trying to get their stuff which had been delayed. I didn't get to hear what the bottleneck cause was.

Exact same experience. Been out for delivery since 12/11. FedEx is hot garbage. Nearly 20 Amazon packages were delivered as expected some early.

Its every carrier this time of year
Two weeks ago I ordered some shite to be delivered to a client of mine... 1-2 days freight... that shite came in at day 9... I watched the tracking... it spent 3 days in Georgia at the same hub... then it spent 2 days in Mississippi at another hub
Client was pissed

Everything about FedEx is a joke.

Then they should allow people to pick their shite up until they elimlInate the backlog.

They need 6 triple 8. Only strong black women who do pushups can solve this problem.

ETA: Some people have had packages “out for delivery” at that location since the first week of December.

I have multiple packages in similar limbo in various locations throughout the US. Numerous Christmas gifts didn't arrive in time and will have to be returned when they finally do arrive.

You’re right. And, what else are you going to do? Do you think UPS or USPS are any better?

Were you able to contact the Post Office yesterday, to ask why it is showing delivered? If you contact the USPS customer care center, it creates what we refer to as a C360 case which is reported to the nearest district USPS consumer affairs office as well as your local post office. When we receive these C360 cases, we are required to investigate issue and resolve within 72 hours of when the case was created. I will be in the office in the morning, if I can help you at all.
