Federal jury letter with a twist

Received Fed jury summons letter. Pink Covid slip included states "No mask required if vaccinated. If not, then you must wear one the entire time you are in the courthouse". Not vaccinated and they can kick rocks on forcing me to wear a mask. Do I have any options?

I would reply that you "don't feel comfortable being around others" since COVID and see what they say.
I would give it 90% chance they excuse you.
That being said, people actively avoiding jury service is why our juries are made up of the 5% lowest IQ people in our society and why bad decisions get made.

That is interesting. I tried a case in federal court last June (Fort Worth) and no mask requirement at all for anyone in the court house.
