And her COO Gilbert Montano knew this was coming that’s why he resigned a few weeks ago and took a cushy job with the Audubon Institute

I know the Feds look at everything, and what the public is privy to is just the tip of the iceberg, but that recent trash contract thing stunk (pun intended) to high heaven.

They are hearing that there are 18 counts and 45 pages.
It will be interesting to see the actual indictment.

I don't see the significance of indicting her on the day of the inauguration of a new mayor when she couldn't run anyway. Why would they intentionally overshadow that day for the new mayor? Why wait that long when the grand jury has already issued the indictment(s)? I'm missing your point, apparently.
Bc you don’t understand politics

So will she have to use her own $$$ for a lawyer, or use the city’s?

It’s in the FOX link. It’s all about her and Vappie. Conspiracy, Wire Fraud, Obstruction, and False Statements to the Grand Jury

Yes. They are going through it on the air and they say it's a "Vappie centric" indictment. There are charges of conspiracy to obstruct justice by destroying records etc... to cover up their relationship. The indictment includes and pictures of them together.
She appeared before the grand jury in June of 2024 which is interesting. She testified.

That’s usually how it works
But the Feds seem to have a solid case.
