I don't see anything about Ohlasky at Yale. He went to Delgado, but I could be wrong.

Procedural question for the attorneys. Why not subpoena the witness, put them on the stand and lock this in now? I realize hearsay is somewhat permissible in this hearing but why not?

I was just saying she's terrible at her job and shouldn't be doing it if she watched someone take a gun out of Smith's car that night and did nothing.

So to get this straight: PI testified that a witness told him that a white guy took a gun from the mercedes immediately after the incident? And that white guy is likely Cerevallo?
