Hold up. Has Cerevallo ever said if he was at the scene before the cops got there?
I know he said he went to the scene minutes after it happened. Cops got there in 4 minutes (holy shite NOPD).

im guessing hes of a certain clientele and pay rate. its possible something happened to his ability to practice but odds are hes not the greaseball at the end of the bar that can watch someone and maybe google a name.
