Thanks grammar police. You may want to capitalize the first word of a sentence. You may also perhaps look into having subjects and verbs instead of just sentence fragments if you're going to use periods.

I haven't read through all of this, but what if WS was being shot in the back while his gun was in his hand and he jerked the trigger ?
Obviously, someone would have to reload the magazine with the proper ammo and place the gun back in the glovebox.

I guess the biggest thing would be to look closely at WS's gun.

What would be really terrible is that if Hayes actually did this crime in the manner most of us think he did it, but walks or gets a light sentence due to shoddy or dishonest police work.
