Help me out here. What exactly is your point?
My understanding is that Fuller asked that Hayes be allowed to testify before the Grand Jury, even though defendants typically don't appear before the Grand Jury.
No Grand Jury witnesses have an attorney present in the chamber. Maybe waiting outside, but not inside hearing witness testimony.
A new Grand Jury doesn't convene for each case and the Grand Jury may hear testimony over multiple sessions before they return an indictment or a no true bill.

same thing man. Dont lower yourself to word play with liberals. its just not worth it in the end. I agree that the "assault rifle" label is dumb but there is no negative connotation with calling a magazine a clip.

A 45 1911 holds 7 in the clip and 1 in the chamber for a total of 8, However there are other 45's that hold up to 14.
