There are a couple of opinions out of the TX district courts that are at odds with each other and while I wouldn't doubt SCOTUS ends up addressing this (more than likely don't the shadow docket) Justice Barrett sent a pretty clear message about the courts temperature on related matters. The EEOC has been pretty clear from before the vaccines were given EUA.

I have discussed it multiple times and touched on it in this thread already.
Vaccines are a low profit center for Pharma. The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program was formed in 1986 as a tort reform program that gave vaccine manufactures close to full immunity and in exchange for the consumer set up a system with a much quicker recovery with a much lower bar for recovery. For 90% of claimants, it is a better system. For the 10% it is not.
The idea was to prevent Pharma from pulling out of new vaccine development.

Great - so make sure people do have a choice. Unfortunately the mandates and passports force people. If being forced, those doing the forcing should have to take on the liability. That's just fair.
