I've spent quite a bit of time here the last couple years and really enjoy it. Beautiful mountains, great restaurants, awesome campus. All of NWA is really a gem.

NW Arkansas is really nice. Lot of money up there.

Considering the population growth, I'd say it is rated pretty accurately.

A friend who posts on here used to live there. I think that part of the world is a very special place. We used to hike the Ozark Highlands Trail annually.

I would absolutely live there.

I've been thinking about moving up there after my kid gets out of school. I'm not really a big city guy. A place that size with a reasonable COL is pretty appealing to me. Also, considering Eastern TN/Western NC and Greenville.

I agree. I used to work there each fall and it truly is a beautiful gem that few know about. It’s a gorgeous area.

I figured you meant Fayetteville, AR because I've been to Fayetteville, NC and it's the armpit of North Carolina.

eta: Yeah yeah yeah, it's corrected.

One of my friends is about to move there and was saying the same thing. I’m looking forward to visiting it.

See to me it's similar to Knoxville but 100x nicer. That's really the only place in East Tennessee I've been, though.

What's that? Other than the 11.75% sales tax I just paid on a cup of coffee.

Do it. This area is also very underrated in my opinion.

Also agree with the OP, the Fayetteville/Bentonville area is really nice. I was surprised.
