All of mine were before the curved nose. I had a 2wd 2 door with a 4.3 in 1988 that was awesome. Fast and fun in the dirt.

I had an 1988 corolla and a 1999 Corolla. The '88's transmission went out at over 300k miles. I sold the '99 for 1k at ~350k miles and it went for a year or two more until the guy I sold it to quit checking the oil and burnt it up. Awesome cars.
I had the 1990 Corolla for six days and I totaled it when I hydroplaned and had to swerve to miss a car and slammed into a guardrail; of course, the car was worth like $1,000. I had the 1999 Corolla for five years. I bought it for $700, drove it for 80K miles before I was rear-ended (the accident totaled it, but it still ran). I continued driving it for seven additional months until last September when the floor boards started flooding. I got a $2200 settlement from the insurance company, and bought the 2008 Camry. I wanted to get to 300K, but I only made it to 245K. Like I said, ZFG. Not buying a new car is not the same as not being able to afford one.
Only negative about the Corolla is that it burned oil constantly, and I had to replace a quart every week.

Favorite vehicle I've owned or driven?
Owned
My 2003 POS Ford Crown Victoria. Cheap to buy, cheap to own, I beat the shite out of it and it never stops. Now I know why all the taxi cab companies and police forces used them for so long. Hell I don't think I've ever even washed the poor thing...
Driven
Toss up between my VW GTI and my Dodge Challenger SRT-8. I put about $12,000 into the GTI and that little sucker would fly and it drove like a go-kart. Some dickhole T-boned me (more like L-boned really) on Essen and ended its life prematurely.
The Challenger I had was a beautiful orange color, huge inside, comfortable Lazy Boy seats, and you just felt like a bad arse driving it. Problem was that it would completely die when you took a left turn, about every 10th time. Like, engine would should off, steering would lock up, and all electronics would blink out. It was an unusual issue that Dodge would never own up to, the old "we couldn't find anything wrong with it" story. Overall I felt it was incredibly unsafe and ended up selling it after 5000 miles or so.
Forgot to do least favorite...
Owned
I had a little Mazda 2 hatchback. 4-speed with about 90hp and no cruise control. Did a 13 hour road trip and wanted to neck myself.
Driven
My dad's Jeep Wrangler. One of the newer ones (JK maybe?) but it rides like a dump truck and is slow as shite. I absolutely hate driving it. He's in his 60s with a bad back and loves it though, so props to him
