1987 Chevy Turbo Sprint. That was a fun little car that could beat Porche 911's in a drag, and I averaged 60+ mpg when driving sanely.

I currently have a 2014 camry that I use for commuting. 170k miles on it and the only problem I've had with it is the fuel pump went out at 140k. I'm hoping that it gets to 300k. It's almost all highway miles so it should. After this car craps out I think I'm going back to buying older vehicles. As long as the AC works I can stand it. If you buy a 1000 dollar vehicle, put 1k of work in to it, and drive it for 2 years you are way ahead if you would have been paying a $300 monthly note. You also save by not having collision insurance.

LEAST: 2013 Toyota Camry supposedly a "solid" vehicle but not in my experience. AC issues, bearings wearing out early, interior quality fell apart

Favorite: 2005 Honda Pilot- great for my young family at the time, ran forever, and my kids learned how to drive with it.
Least: 1982 gray Chrysler LeBaron inherited from my grandmother. Was so embarrassed to bring it up to college. I left it in 0 degree weather for a week w/o antifreeze and the engine block froze then cracked. I was happy to see it die.

I've liked most of mine. Had a 1986 Buick Century that ran well. Drove a 2009 Impreza for a long time (probably my #1), then replaced it with a 2019 WRX. Had a 1977 Cutlass and a few Mustangs and I loved them all.
The only really bad car I ever had was a 1985 Corolla. Slow, loud, broke all the time, and wouldn't start in the rain. I've absolutely despised Toyotas ever since.

3) 1999 Suburban. Learned to drive and park with that friggin tank. Also rode around with the 2nd row down. Made a very...spacious back seat.

500) fricking 2002 Ford Explorer. Ended up spending nearly 2x what I paid for it because it wouldn’t stop breaking down. Absolute POS.
