Well just go do that. Because in an hour, you'll be hot as shite and wanting to either jump in the lake or a pool anyway

happy Father’s Day dads.
I’m not going to be able to see either my father or daughter today but I love him and she loves me. Dads make the world go round

Kid is almost three..got a rock he made me at school which will be the highlight of my desk come Monday and wife had a paw patrol book made where me and him save the day!
I was actually the one that woke up early w him while she slept in....but thats mainly cause he, likley still disregulated as frick from the week vacation we took, woke her up middle of the night... don't care at all.
I put in my request awhile ago...I want to go fishing...alone for as long as I want. Period. I do look forward to the day I can take him but at under 3 taking him fishing is really just trying to keep him from unaliving himself in 90 different ways.
But today will be a perfect 85 w a light breeze on the lakes AND she gets to not skip out on her dad's father's day which I wsnt nothing to do w... basically a lunch that will take no less than 3 hours followed by sitting and small talk.

Slept in this morning while wife and kids made breakfast (eggs and bacon). Going to go for a run later and catch a minor league baseball game. Will finish the day grilling some ribeyes and sex of course.

All I want is to go for a 10 mile run.
A couple hours of being alone.

Family took me to an arcade yesterday and I set the high scores in asteroids, tempest, joust, robotron, missile command, qbert and Tron.
Tempest was a challenge. I had to get all the way to the yellow to take it and defender was out of order which was the one game I wanted to play.
Can't even describe how fun it was to introduce my little boy to those games. He was wide-eyed the whole time.
Made a muffeletta and watched the game later and got to hang with the missus after the little kids were in bed.
Going to FiLs house later today.

I can do what I want, as long as what I want to is watch the kids all day.
Fatherhood is not for everyone. Hang in there. It will get better for you. Tomorrow is Monday, after all.

Driving back from seeing LSU play last night and the grandbaby video came of the 2 year old saying Happy Father's Day. Hubs has a long day of watching more sports planned when we get home in a couple hours. I think he has had a pretty good weekend.

Happy Father's Day to you, and all!
Appreciate the sentiment, but at my age, not something I really get into that much frankly.
Kids will come over later. We'll cook steaks. Watch some old VHS home movies. Maybe I'll get to watch a show I want to later on for once.

Happy Father’s Day all
In my recliner with coffee and the US Open on the 4 screen multiview. I plan on being here until it’s over today.

We rented a house that had one those “100 in one” arcade games. My kids loved the classics but couldn’t believe how hard they were. I told them that back in the olden days the games were designed to kill you so they could get another quarter.

Simmering some baby back ribs in the pot, then going to season, throw on the pellet grill, lay on the couch under the gazebo, with golf, baseball and wait for the rain

Happy Father’s Day!!
Wife got me a blackstone.
I’m wearing a shirt that says “My wife beats me.”
She has to be nice today.
