As others have said these guys aren't hunters, and it's shitty people like this that give hunters a bad name. These people give credence to the PETA loons unfortunately.

Don't mind hunters.

Can't stand sport killing frickers

I only do it for the sport. I can go to the grocery store and buy my food for a lot less than I spend to kill it. The food part is a plus but not why I do it.

Not good enough. They need to be incarcerated for about 15 years. They have no respect for anything and no appreciation for anything- life, nature, resources, etc. run em out of AK and they’ll just go elsewhere and be assholes. They don’t deserve the freedom they have. That’s why they should lose it.

I can look at your picture and tell you're a loser. You don't have to explain it as well.

There's nothing inherently wrong with hunting "for sport" per se, as long as you're still utilizing the meat and whatnot.

Technically pretty much all hunters can be considered sport hunters. Nobody has to actually hunt to live these days (in the U.S. at least). Many hunters do it because they like it. They like the sport of it.

It's more the trophy hunters who have no intention of using the meat, and pay money to get guided along to shoot some big animal they otherwise would have no shot at tracking themselves, that I have a problem with.

What these guys did especially shooting the Cubs is senseless and I disagree with. But some of you guys have no idea what a trophy hunter or big game hunter is. Saying you dont like people who go off on expensive hunts to kill exotic animals and dont Eat the meat is showing how silly some of you are. When people go on expensive hunts thethey always eat the meat or give it to starving villagers its required by law

The real practices that should outrage the PETA types are the areas where hunting certain animals is banned, but the Gov't will literally send out sharpshooters to kill hundreds or thousands of these animals to control the population, and the meat is wasted.

Talk about a despicable practice.

Why would they do this?

the correct answer as it pertains to the cubs is, it was the humane thing to do.

the cubs would starve to death without the mom to feed them, so it wold be a long and very painful slow death for them.

once the mother was killed they did do the only "humane" thing that they could do with the cubs and they put them down humanely without suffering.

whether they should have known she had cubs is debatable, but the killing of the cubs after the mother was shot, was the right thing to do.

i am not in any way defending the first action of shooting the mom, i am only explaining that once that deed was done, they did do the right thing by putting the cubs out of their suffering in a humane way.
