My guess is you are fat.

So much attack/defensiveness in this terrible thread. It's easy for the fit to be smug (like me...6'0", 170, 63y/o) and equate changing eating habits with quitting smoking.
But, it's NOT the same.
Quit smoking, quit drinking, quit hard drugs...you quit. But you can't quit eating. Yes, the fatties are lying to themselves. That's what addicts do. But with their addiction, they can't flat-out quit. Try telling a heroin addict to "just use less, man."
Most fatties were raised to be fat. Their eating habits are the only thing they've ever known. And in most cases they'll raise more fatties. The only way to break the cycle is to raise healthy-eating generations.
Or to go the way of Venezuela.

It's not hard. Takes a little will power though.
It's more about getting good nutritional advice than will power
But will power is certainly a huge factor

Bro, you came into a fat shaming thread and proclaimed to be fat but basically can't help it.. you shouldn't be shocked that you aren't getting any sympathy in this thread or getting trolled

You’re stuffing your fat face full of carbs and SUGAR. You are an addict much like an alcoholic you are addicted to sugar. Stop being fat and fast. Break the addiction by fasting and you will lose weight.
Right. This is a case of someone thinking they're eating healthy and eating a bunch of garbage

I have no issues with my fellow fat bastards. God Speed to all the blimps out there. There’s a good chance I will be one of you in 5 years. As soon as my kids are in college, I will explode.
Here’s to morbid obesity!!

It's the lack of vitamins that concern me with keto stuff, lol.
Honestly, I eat decently healthy. It's the lack of exercise that is my issue. I work 10 hours a day at a desk job. And drive an hour there and back. With a thirty minute lunch and getting ready for work etc. It leaves me with about two free hours a day when all is said and done. And I try to spend that time helping kids with homework, talking to my wife, etc.
Just do some pushups and body weight exercises if you don't have time to go to the gym
That schedule sounds part time to some of the schedules I've worked

Diet is where you lose weight. Your thought process is backwards.

I never said I couldn't help it. I can loose weight, I've done it before a couple of times and kept it off for a good while.
My point is that not everyone that is overweight eats junk food all the time and takes in tons of calories of sweets and fast food.
It's also much easier for some people to keep weight off than others. My mom's boyfriend is 60 and eats three times the amount I do and is in great shape. And he eats pasta, sweets, drinks regulatly, etc.
My sister husband is the same way. Skinny as can be, eats whatever he wants.
Like I have no idea how they eat that much, it's crazy. I'd be about to throw up.

It’s not about shaming you. It’s about getting past the horseshite. That voluntary ignorance is infectious and dangerous to society.

You are paying, right now, with taxes and inflated insurance premiums.

What you described as your normal eating habits is junk food
You just don't recognize it as junk food
Cereal, pasta, subway sandwiches? That's a lot of your daily intake from worthless grains which are essentially just sugar

A lot food today doesn’t have a lot of food in it.
You ever looked at the list of ingredients on the back of something that is plain and simple? Seems like there’s more unpronounceable chemicals in there than what the front label/side says you’re buying.

Yeah well while you're at it shame anyone who drinks alcohol, they would stop and we wouldn't have all those people getting killed by drunk drivers.

The human body simply doesn't work like that. You likely aren't paying attention to their portion size, or you only see them around cheat meals.
My friend's wife is like 90lbs and she eats basically any type of terrible food for you that you could imagine. But she gets full after 5 bites. You'd see what she orders at a restaurant and think wow, she gets to eat whatever and be that skinny. But she basically brings entire entrees home in go boxes. And she's tried to put on weight, but she gets sick when eating like a "regular" person.
