I tell you what, if being thin makes me as angry as you and mingo, y’all can keep it. You little fellas need a lil Debbie and a coke and learn to relax. In fairness, counting macros, pissing on keto sticks, going through 10 day water fast, etc. has y’all all off kilter.

It's probably cause they are lacking essential vitamins from fruit and veggies.

Depends

Age does not help - You naturally slow down as you age, starting in your mid 30's
Stress does not help - Seriously, makes your body crave calories
Body change does not help - If your thyroid goes, you are screwed
Sports coaches do not help - I was trained to consume 6,000 to 8,000 calories a day
Modern media does not help - put down the remote or cell and work on a farm

Even with all this, it took me almost a decade to drop from a peak around 360 to around 280. for reference my peak form in my teens and 20's at around 220 to 240 - with no real body fat - even tho according to my height I was supposed to be morbidly obese. Still made me a pretty good lineman and a ox when it came to manual labor.

If they cared what you thought about them they would have never gotten that big.

The people that lose weight do it for themselves, not for asshats like you.

Well let's see. Cereal was about 200 calories, milk about 100. Pasta and shrimp salad was around 600. Subway sandwich was 400. So that's 1300. Then I had some watermelon. So probably more like 1500 for today?

Your problem is hormonal and you’re compounding it with every meal. You spiked your insulin with for a couple hours each time you ate. That supressed your testosterone and HGH levels. Your resting metabolic rate is low, but your diet is the main culprit. Eat to feed those hormones and you can eat much more and look and feel better.

Well, apparently all you can eat is meat to be healthy and not fat, lol.

Because everyone that is skinny obviously only eats meat, because everything else is pretty much carbs to some degree. And according to these guys metabolism has nothing to do with it and everyone is exactly the same.

I'm sure if they all worked out and ate like college players we cheer for they'd end up running running 4 3's and play in the NFL. We could all be Usain Bolt if we just tried. Since all of our bodies are the same.

I dated a girl on a keto diet once. She put butter in her coffee. She lost weight.for sure. But no way was that healthy.

Oddly enough, I once dated a girl who put butter in her coffee. Now that I think of it, she made me use butter when I PIIHB. I also used a cucumber on her once. After we were done, we threw the cucumber in her shoe closet and forgot about it. Well, you know how college girls are when it comes to borrowing each other’s shoes. Her roommate was quite confused when she came across a very wilted and almost deflated cucumber a week or so later.

I have a hard time with diets personally.

keto is pretty healthy if you do it right. sugar/simple carbs are worse than fats

I'll never understand why some of y'all are so obsessed with other people. If someone wants to be 400 lbs then good for them, that's their life decision and it doesn't cause me to lose any sleep at night.

It's the lack of vitamins that concern me with keto stuff, lol.

Honestly, I eat decently healthy. It's the lack of exercise that is my issue. I work 10 hours a day at a desk job. And drive an hour there and back. With a thirty minute lunch and getting ready for work etc. It leaves me with about two free hours a day when all is said and done. And I try to spend that time helping kids with homework, talking to my wife, etc.

I will agree that this jabroni isn't making much sense.

However, if the end goal is to get the fats of this world to shed some pounds, you've failed with your first attempt.
