Probably don't even need that if the exercise is intense

No one is naturally slim here buddy, you are obviously eating to healthy. You just need to eat about 1500 calories of pasta salad and subway and you'll be fat.

Yes some people can eat like hogs and still be thin, but they're few and far between and it has no bearing on you.

The majority of people can lose weight and maintain that weight loss with very basic dietary principles.

You don't get to 280 by eating 1500 cals a day. Stop lying to yourself.

Oddly enough, I once dated a girl who put butter in her coffee. Now that I think of it, she made me use butter when I PIIHB. I also used a cucumber on her once. After we were done, we threw the cucumber in her shoe closet and forgot about it. Well, you know how college girls are when it comes to borrowing each other’s shoes. Her roommate was quite confused when she came across a very wilted and almost deflated cucumber a week or so later.

This was the GOAT response in this thread!

You don't need any exercise other than whatever walking around you do.

People who claim that they're fat because they don't have time for exercise are full of shite. You can eat clean and have a sedentary lifestyle. It's not ideal and you won't have great muscle mass obviously, but you won't get fat from not exercising. You get fat from packing yourself full of carbs all day.

That's such a fricking tired excuse. Those same posters have no issues with people exercising their freedom to smoke cigarettes.

A good start would be Wal Mart start enforcing use of their handicap carts. Around here you rarely see an older person or a truly disabled person on them, they are almost always over filled with fatasses.

Damn cart says right on it" Not to be taken out of store" and "weight limit 300 lbs" and what do you see? Fat fricks out in the parking lots with them and the electric motors straining to pull the tonnage.

And of course when you look in the cart portin do you see any fresh fruits or veggies ? No the cart is stuffed with frozen meals, sodas, and cakes and cookies. The other day I saw a woman in one and her fat arse preteen son was in one right behind her, I'm thinking "lady, that kid should be out playing sports right now, not riding around in a fat cart"

I know, I have about 2-3 hours of spare time a day. I also work nights and don't get off til 3 in the morning. Get home at 4. Eat a bite. Watch a bout an hour of TV.

Sounds like you have a perfect oppurtunity to get about an hour of exercise in between getting home and waking your kids up. Hell, turn the TV on and knock out some burpees, push-ups, sit-ups, and get a pull up bar. You have used almost every stereotypical excuse in the book.

You are so full of shite about your own health and killing yourself that I actually feel bad for you. And I can tell you with almost complete certainly you are eating alot more than you think you are. The cereal for example, the serving size is about a handful of cereal and a half cup of milk. I guarantee you aren't eating that serving size.

I don't know what makes you say that. I've discussed this with folks who hold the opinion that fat people should pay for their increased medical costs. Usually those people feel the same about other high risk behavior.

I don't think we should charge those people extra. They can't help it. In spite of what people on here say - it is easy for me to cut back when my waistline is getting tight - it's exceedingly difficult for some people.

These fatties need way less than that. If they stop stuffing their fat faces and do fasted walking for god’s sakes 15-20min a day they will lose weight.

So we should pay for people being weak minded and indifferent about their irresponsible behavior? frick that, expose yourself to more risk, pay more.

You refuse to track anything. You insist you know everything. You are lying to yourself.

No way you are 280 bills and only eating 1500 calories a day. Even if they are 1500 calories of carby mess.

This way you can tell yourself it’s not your fault and you can’t change your situation. This way you don’t need to try.

It’s a free country. You can be a fat slob. You will probably take 20-25 years off your life and not have a good quality of life for the last 15-20 years that you do have.

When you are fat you don’t need to be eating fruits.

Have to agree with this. Too many people think that they will lose weight by doing the same thing over and over. Years go by and they see no changes.

Start off with small changes like this to your daily routine and progress into bigger life changes.

If not, you can just be fat for the rest of your life.

So you will need to pay more for your increased blood pressure from getting so worked up about what other people do
