Youe definition of low is normal. You don't even need to eat everyday to thrive, in fact a lot of modern science says you shouldn't.

Another bullshite excuse. If your metabolism is slow you would hold on to the energy from what you did eat longer so you wouldn't feel light headed. Again, you're just making excuses and rationalizing your irresposible behavior.

Even if your metabolism is slow you should still be losing weight if you’re really eating around 1500 calories.

A lot of people underestimate the calories they consume in sugary drinks and alcohol. Might be it.

You keep saying you don’t need to track your macros or calories and you say you don’t eat carbs which you’ve contradicted several times so far.

You have zero idea what you are ingesting and it shows. Vegetables are chock full of carbs!

His definition of vegetables is probably corn, potatoes, and beans which are, in fact, not really vegetables and caloric dense.

You felt light headed and unhealthy because you are a sugar addict. You were going through withdrawals. You needed to increase your electrolyte intake to get rid of most of those symptoms.

You do not need to eat daily. If you are FAT you have a surplus of calories. Stop eating and fast. Then live a fasting focused lifestyle and keep your carbs below 20g.

I’ve realized the vast majority of people have zero idea what they are ingesting unless they track their macros.

And they only track about half of what they eat when they start to see how much it is.

Well you are 300 lbs and have shown a general ineptitude in knowing what you are putting in your body multiple times in this thread.

That guy is pretty obnoxious.

Any ways, I’ve been pretty slim my whole life and I eat so ridiculous.. can’t ever stop eating.. pretty much been 165 most my life at 5’11. It’s finally starting to catch up to me in my 30’s, as I weigh around 190s, but the amount I eat.. it’s a wonder I’m not 400 pounds. I can easily drop back down to 165 by simply cutting out sugars. I can go periods of binging on cokes and whatnot and put on the extra 20-30 pounds, but the moment I cut them out I am right back to 165. Currently don’t drink any sodas the past few years but I eat so many sugary foods.. and often. Genetics can be a huge factor I assume.

I did go an entire year, last year, of eating ridiculously perfect.. like super healthy.. and I wound up losing like 40 pounds or so.. I got all the way down to 145 pounds.. it was kind of scary.. but I certainly did not feel any better. I didn’t eat any pizza and almost no bread, ever.. just so many salads and whatnot..

I don’t ageee with judging others simply from appearance. You just never know, and other people’s appearance should not bother you. I am more concerned about behavior. I don’t agree with the idea of shaming anyone.

120 calories per tablespoon.

Pasta salad is as bad as actual hot pasta, if not worse depending on how much oil you dump into it.

Cereal isn't healthy, plus any amount an adult would need to feel full is hundreds of calories.

Subway can vary quite a bit depending on what you're getting and what you're putting on it.

Mingo is right. You're not magic. If you are magic, I suggest you visit Pennington ASAP so they can start poking you and studying you because eating "tiny amounts" and being fat would be quite the scientific mystery.

Studies show that metabolisms only vary from person to person by like 2%. Are you saying you are the one outlier that scientific studies aren't aware of? SHOW YOURSELF TO THE SCIENTISTS OF THE WORLD. DANCE, MONKEY!

A factor, yes, a huge factor, rarely.

Their behavior leads to their appearance along with a slew of other problems including high Healthcare costs.

I never said I was magic, lol. I never said everything I ate was perfect. What I said was just because I'm bigger doesn't mean I eat completely horribly like you folks like to point out. If I ate like the guy that post above and doesn't get over 165 I'd weigh 500 pounds.

From everything you've posted this just isn't true.

First, he does, as he stated. Second, he's probably a fatass too.

Get naked, turn on all the lights in the bathroom, and look in the mirror.

You can lie to us but you cannot lie to yourself.

Better yet, take a pic and look at it.

You think I don't know what I look like naked, lol.

But if y'all wanna fat shame, go for it. Nothing illegal about it. Everytime you see a fat person just go up and tell them they are a disgusting lazy fatass. Quit hiding on the internet doing it in private.

Calories in/calories out determines your weight with a minor correction for absorption.

Things like metabolism and diet do impact how hungry you are. In theory you can lose weight steadily eating 1500 kcal/day worth of gummy bears - but it would require a superhuman level of discipline to deal with that level of constant hunger. That’s where tracking macros and understanding metabolic processes come into play.

I tell you what, if being thin makes me as angry as you and mingo, y’all can keep it. You little fellas need a lil Debbie and a coke and learn to relax. In fairness, counting macros, pissing on keto sticks, going through 10 day water fast, etc. has y’all all off kilter.
