It's healthy if you count Dem macros

I like the ham egg and cheese breakfast sub on flatbread. With chipotle and sriracha.

That's another thing I always laugh at. That Chipotle sauce has 100 calories per tablespoon, so if you get a footlong and she runs that back and forth just once, that's easily 6-800 calories extra.

Have you ever had a Hulk? They're awesome.

I never said they weren't awesome.
I just think it's funny to see someone drink a 4000 calorie smoothie and think it's a "healthy snack between meals".

They used to advertise the Hulk as a weight gaining smoothie. It's for people who were sick, and needed a lot of calories, or were having trouble gaining weight.
I knew a guy who had his jaw wired shut and drank one a day for a couple of months. He still lost weight. Nobody drinks Hulks as a snack between meals.

Yes. They do.
Again, I understand how these places work. A lot of people don't.
The fatass in front of me at smoothie king last night got a medium chocolate hulk as a snack. She was telling the cashier about how it's a nice healthy snack. She said something along the lines of "dis good after I tryan walk fosum ekasize." It's sad. She's trying to better herself but eating footlong sandwiches and 4000 calorie smoothies isn't going to help her.
That's the point of this thread. The advertising campaign by these companies was perfect. Jared was 400 lbs. he walked a mile to and from subway everyday and only ate a 6inch turkey with no condiments on wheat bread. That's should be an inspiration and a message. Hey, it doesn't take moving mountains to lose weight just walk a little more and eat a little less. Subway marketed the frick out of that and now they have people believing you can drive to subway and eat a footlong double steak double cheese extra mayo sandwich and it's healthy because subway.
I think you'd be amazed at what people believe about Subway and Smoothie King.

I usually get 3 so I can have something to eat between meals. So good and they fill me over for 1-2 hours....
Always ask for extra protein powder as well since it helps with fat loss.

You really think a morbidly obese land whale just has a hankering for a salad?
In a word, yes.
The contents of my fridge proves that.
Freezer: frozen blueberries, strawberries, cherries, broccoli, steak and chicken breasts.
Fridge: 6 quarts of egg whites, few dozen eggs, whole milk, yogurt, apple sauce, spring greens, and spinach.
You want gross?
If I go to subway, I get a foot long baked chicken on wheat, add jalepenos, toasted. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and peppers, the second meat of tuna.
Gotta eat lettuce just to push that 100 gram of protein monster out.

Fat haters also hate old people, actually call old people a drain on society even, yet they boldly proclaim their healthy lifestyles and how they are gonna live long.....self hate much?
Besides, any human life is less than a speck of dust in the existence of the earth much less the universe. Get over it, eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we shall die.

I had an acquaintance from high school go on a Facebook rant several years ago about how his smoothie king breakfast, subway dinner diet wasn't helping his situation.
When some people asked what he got there, his answer was strawberry hulk with added peanut butter, because as we all know peanut butter is calorie free lol, and an Italian BMT.

I love me a chocolate hulk. fricking tasty bro

A 40oz Strawberry hulk has approximately 1900 calories. It's right there on the menu board for everyone to see. If someone orders one they're either a bodybuilder, landscape architect, construction worker, someone who has trouble keeping weight on or burns thousands of calories daily, or someone who just doesn't care.

But you can make it skinny for 1700 calories! Seems legit.
Posted on 1/28/17 at 7:29 am to Evil Little Thing
Someone who asks that it be made skinny is truly confused about what they're getting.

Now I want a smoothie. Damn this thread.

Not sure why you're getting downvoted. I don't judge what any one eats, but do feel bad for people that are so misinformed when trying to eat well.
They think "healthy salad" 500-600 calories after they add chicken, shredded cheese and light dressing.
Then opt for a medium fountain coke (2 refills) thats around 300 total. Top it off with baked reduced fat lays with 120 to 150.
Their healthy meal of the day just plopped in 1000 to 1150 calories.
