Good Lawd... When that braud gets to flappin she can make it happen..
My wife eats this tasteless crap.. I keep a Raspberry Sorbet in the freezer whenever I need an ice cream fix and it's 100x better and still fairly healthy.

It was an obvious over-exaggeration. 
Point being, nothing "good" about eating those things even if they're only 300 calories. Not for somebody like me who gains weight looking at ice cream. And for damn sure not like the fatty dancing in the commercial.
