Height is only part of it. Height has always been important, but social media and dating apps have overemphasized the importance of height. It’s more of a social stigma to be with a short guy if anything.

The biggest issue plaguing America today is the emasculation of males. Guys are raised to tiptoe around their natural instincts in order to make sure they are supportive of a pro-feminist society. Those on the Left are completely neutered, but even many right wing men parade around as a “nice guy” with conservative ideals that are often just blind contractual obligations to the service of others.

The consequences are obvious in the physical sense. Most guys are pudgy, soft, weak, and fearful. Not so obvious in the psychological sense, but there’s a porn epidemic, guys are less likely to get a college education, and masculine males are barely represented in media.

This is why women don’t want to marry most modern day guys. They’re free to be whatever the frick they want, which often involves their natural feminine identities and then they’re bombarded with desperate dipshit guys who think worshiping them is the answer to the voids in their lives.

False advertising is nothing new in the dating world. The best thing you can do early in a relationship is take the girl to a water park. Get those layers of bondo, paint, and clear coat hosed off and see what you're really working with.

It's not really men that are dying to get married though. The supply of fit, attractive, non entitled, mentally healthy, and umimpulsive women in America is dwindling every year. If you're just an average guy your choices are single moms and fat chicks. I got lucky with my wife (petite, raised by old school immigrant parents) but would probably stay a batchelor if I didn't have that choice.
