Family friend getting married the bye week Saturday before Bama (Halloween night).
Really got the FOMO.

Secretly hoping that this uncertainty makes them think about postponing.
Is that wrong?

Fall weddings in the South not a great idea. Should be safe and push it past college football season

And when will football season be?

My fiancé and I are currently rescheduling from June of this year to June of next year—no chance is risk pushing it to this fall. Especially prior to Election Day.

Also, both of the guys are die hard LSU fans, they both chose Friday’s in October to not inconvenience anyone on Saturday for the game.

You’d think they would grow up and stop caring about teenage thugs throwing a sportsball around now that they’re getting married

I’m getting married on June 6 and I’m not moving it precisely because we can’t be sure there won’t be shutdowns with a second spike in the fall. Frankly we just adopted a whoever shows up, shows up mentality and are just pushing forward with it.

My wedding was supposed to be next Saturday. We punted in March when the first CDC guidance on group sizes came out until the end of August.

We are assuming that will get nixed again and at that point will likely just get legally married and have a party when there is more clarity.

To anyone getting married during this time, I feel for you, this sucks.

How about just feeling for anyone getting married?
