38 and never been married. Have a kid from a previous relationship, so all of the joys of fatherhood without the castration of marriage.

No way. I'm 36 and never been married. I am engaged, but only since November. My fiance is 45. Also never married.
I feel like couples are trending this way, in terms of waiting until they're a bit older to settle down.
