I am sure those resisting and reaching into the glove box of their car are just getting a tic tac
Take your damn charge like a man

I only read through this 2nd post, but this was the most disturbing murder I've ever seen. That cop should have been shot by his fellow officers as he was murdering that kid.

Driver in SC shot while reaching for his license that trooper asked for. LINK
You can see from an incident like this why the soldier in the news recently would be scared to so much as unbuckle his seat belt or reach for a door handle.
quote:
police said Groubert, 31, stopped Jones in the parking lot of a Circle K station in daylight, for what police say was an alleged seat belt violation, around 5 p.m. Video that authorities say was recorded from Groubert’s police car shows the trooper driving up to a vehicle just as its driver – who authorities say is Jones – steps out of the vehicle.
When Groubert asks for Jones’ license, Jones pivots toward the vehicle he just exited – the driver’s door is still open – and leans inside as if to retrieve something, the video shows. About two seconds later, the trooper that police identify as Groubert comes into view with a gun drawn and yells “Get out of the car! Get out of the car!” The gun is fired – at least four shots are heard – and Jones steps away from the vehicle, raising his hands in the air and eventually moving off camera. “I just got my license! You said get my license!” says someone off camera, apparently Jones.

Doesn’t and shouldn’t. Officer should be arrested.
What else are you trying to argue?

Does mentally ill equal doesn't pose a threat?
A huge percentage were unarmed, including a teenager shot in front in front of his parents who were screaming to the cops that the kid doesnt understand what they want him to do.

Does drunk driving or speeding warrant the death penalty? What would you say about someone who killed themselves while driving with .3 BAC or 175mph?

Yet the poli board wants to pat the cops on the back in Virginia who immediately escalated the situation in a traffic stop and did nothing to deescalate.
That's not true.
And the misdemeanor thing doesn't mean a lot.
A first offense dui is a misdemeanor, you do it again you going into felony territory.
This guy couldn't wait to be a felon on his path.

Does anyone have any examples of this happening? The way the media covers these stories they act as if police officers simply walk up to black people minding their own business and execute them.
Justine Domand. She had called the police as she thought some one was being sexually assaulted. When the police came, she ran up to them and the officer sitting in the car gunned her down.

Ashli Babbit...and we still haven't been told who her "killer" is. Me thinks that the roles have been switched, thus the BIG coverup.

Philando Castile he had a gun but was trying to do the right thing and let the officer know.
Didn't Castile reach into the glove box after being told not to?

True. For someone that represents himself as the smartest man on the board, I wouldn't expect you to blatantly lie about shite that is easily refutable.
Thanks for the kind words.
Despite this:

Later that month, the Mesa Police Department fired Brailsford, citing several policy violations and unsatisfactory performance.[28] An internal investigation report revealed that Brailsford had violated department weapon policy by engraving his patrol rifle with the phrases "You're fricked" and "Molon labe" (a Greek expression meaning "come and take them").[29][30] Brailsford had also previously been investigated for body slamming a teenager during an arrest.[31]
He was allowed back to work once he was found not guilty.

“The 2019 death in Springfield, Ore., was one of 1,324 fatal shootings by police over the past six years that involved someone police said was in the throes of a mental health crisis — about a quarter of all fatal police shootings during that period, according to a Washington Post “database. Around here 1324 would be called plenty, and that’s just mentally ill.
Okay, I'm going to ask again, what is the solution to correct this? Do you think city governments are going to pay what is needed for super cops? Do you think criminals are just going to start complying right away?
This issue will never be solved. There is no one size fits all solution and we don't live in a perfect world. Accountability for one's actions goes both ways. As far as the mentally ill, I have no solution that would work. Maybe if mental health institutions (aka insane asylums) came back but is that feasible? No.
