Felony Obscenity? Is this because it was in a church? What if he was doing this at home? Smells like some pearl clutching police officers made the arrest.

Frick Father Travis, but I question that plea. Clearly he let staying out of prison trump all other concerns. He still gets labeled a felon and has to do three years of felony probation, for a charge that never seemed like a "slam dunk" to me.
