No. I have noticed that almost all people in the service industry all complain about bad tips when they get bad tips....whether they are deserved or not and regardless if they are good or bad at their job.

Who cares, it's really not that big a deal in the long run.

I love the people that post pictures on social media bitching about how someone with a $100 tab only left a $10 tip. right, if i order a $1,000 bottle of champagne, why does the bartender "automatically" get $200 for doing the same amount of work as if i ordered a bottled water

In general people are terrible bartenders due to the fact that they have shitty attitudes. They get what they deserve. They end up stuck at shitty places serving what are most likely shitty customers.
Bartenders with good attitudes move on to better places and deal with far less assholes.
Kind of cool out it works out like that.

You can give good service and still get stiffed. My wife's uncle is the gm of a big restaurant, and I've seen it happen plenty of times.

It's right there on the payment slip, so it kind of is. Anyone that isn't willfully ignorant knows that servers make $2.xx an hour. If you can't tip for good service, you have no business eating out. You're taking money directly away from someone's livelihood.
Yea sure, that's technically your choice. But you have to be ignorant to make that choice.
This all goes out the window for bad service obviously.

The customer did not make the waiter/waitress be in that job
The customer is not the waiters and waitresses boss. He is not responsible for their pay.
Stop blaming the customers. Blame the system and the people signing those checks. Blaming the customers is such a hypocritical thing to do in a customer service industry.

I have a problem with the expectation of a tip and anger towards people who don't do something "customary".
