This. My ex told me one night in from t of the kids I was not welcome at the dinner table because she was mad at me during a stupid argument and wanted to prove a point. That was the moment there was no turning back for me. All kids are older except one now and she lives with me and refuses to see her mom.

Maybe the most recent move has taken its toll on her. I have been in your shoes. Mine will chirp about how technology is so stupid. Why does there have to be so many wires, why does it take so many steps to turn on the tv, why this or that…. I’m in IT so it’s a shot in my general direction. My challenge is that I live in podunk and the only bars are complete shitholes or I’ll run into kinfolk. I just go for a walk.
