You have every right to be pissed. Just vent and break a couple of useless things and get it out of your system.

You did your best. Learn from it and do your own vacation in the future. Too many cooks spoil the broth anyway.

Well, it turned out okay. They ended up being able to get clearance from doctor so all is well and will be able to join.
Very happy about that. Making good time, leisurely driving. Getting some elevation now. Good to be out of that fetid swamp and oppressive heat.
Fueling up now and headed on the next leg to a state park for some hiking and relaxing. My spirits are high, we've laughed and it's been a safe trip.
Except for the nonsense at airline and McClelland around midnight last night where this wanker hopped up on lord knows what was driving with a tire GONE, sparks flying, just driving around like a crazy person.
I told my bro, "screw this red light" and high tailed it away from him. Dude almost hit us, then went through the intersection, made a loop, somehow got back over the median with three tires and was still throwing sparks driving down the road like a maniac. Looked like Popeye from the westbank.
We laughed about how bizarre it was. Glad to leave that BR bullshite behind us.
