Ever had very detailed dreams of persons you’ve never met? Or even recognized?

Happens on occasion, like I am living another life and it has collided into this one. Is this proof of multiple dimensions interacting in our string of subconsciousness across realities?

I think it means you're suppressing homosexual tendencies.

Its impossible to dream of a face you've never seen before, our brains don't work like that. Maybe you've never met the person, but at the very least you've passed them on the street or seen them on tv or something.

ETA:

There have been many many studies about the way human brains react to faces, particularly with children. Suffice to say, just trust that people who have put in a lot more research on the subject than you have determined that the human brain does not invent new faces, it simply stores up images of ones its seen before.

I've read that too but our brains can't throw together some facial features in a dream? Don't artists draw and paint people all the time that don't exist?

Always... I recall most of my dreams. I constantly have people in my dreams I don't know, along with ones I do.
Usually its sexual and the ones I don't know are females..

Seems like the process of individually and slowly putting together different facial features on paper would be a lot different than a mental composite coming to you randomly.

It seems like it would be easier. I know I've had songs or riffs stuck in my head that I've never heard before and when I woke up I grabbed my guitar to try to get it down. Our brains seem to be creative machines when dreaming or in altered states so I don't know why we couldn't create faces, voices, personalities, etc. At least that's my ignorant amateur opinion

I don't think there is any suppression going on

Not that I can remember. I have had dreams where someone I know, was in it, however; it didn't look like them. But in my dream, I recognized them as that person.

I have also dreamed of places that I've never been or seen, and in my dream it felt familiar.

I just had a surreal dream recently of kissing & instantly falling in love with a girl with a beautiful smile and laugh and saying to myself in the dream, "I finally found her. This is the one".

(She had facial features that seemed like a combination of three different girls I've known, but I don't recall ever seeing this particular face.)

Anyway, when I woke up, it was bittersweet. I teared up a bit realizing she wasn't real, but was still basking in the endorphin/dopamine/serotonin release after falling in love with my dream girl.

I read once that you cannot invent a face in a dream. It's either fuzzy or it is familiar.

You had to have met them before!
