Watched my son graduation from college.

Encore: Got to see him go to law school.

That's part of what interests me about this topic. Seems like most people fall into 3 camps: Continue the path and raise the goal, enjoy the fruits of the journey, or move to a completely different path.

I'm finding that the journey of obtaining one's dream fundamentally changes/grows the person--enough so that the original dream feels less than meaningful originally imagined.

Very true. Why do people have goals? To be happy? Accomplished?

How about making being happy the goal instead of things you think will make you happy?
