A house like that would be like a yacht, you would have to have a full time crew of people just to keep the house functioning on a daily basis
Would be ideal to own a ranch with a main house but would never want my full time house looking like that. Could never be alone but you would be 'alone'

“Modern” houses that look like that are ugly as hell, have no soul and basically what new money dipshits thinks is a upscale and classy house.
It may be a house but it will never look like a home.

Watching the first video was kind of confusing because no one would buy that as their home.
The second video it all made more sense... He’s got MUCH bigger plans for it. Delusional plans, but plans nonetheless

If it takes you 35 minutes to show off your house, you’ve got too much house.

I also like the difference between him needing the validation by showing off the house. Then you have people like Derek Jeter who confiscate phones at their house so nobody takes pictures.

My guy can set you up with something in Decatur. He specializes in townhome owners who are tired of climbing stairs.
You can probably still get into a 3/2 for around $375,000 if you're paying cash- less if you're willing to deal with a basement.

I’d rather buy ranch lands in large tracts with that much money.

It's not expensive because of its amenities, it's expensive because of its location.

Never trust a guy over 22 wearing black jeans and a beanie hat.
I don't know what they mean when they keep saying the biggest house "in the urban world"...but I do know that the biggest house in America is G.W. Vanderbilt's Biltmore Estate. It is bigger than that house by almost 75k sq ft.
Speaking of the Vanderbilt's, just from Wikipedia, the family has built 5 of the top 16 houses (by sq ft) in the country. Imagine being born a Vanderbilt and NOT being fairy Andersen Cooper. Sounds like a fun life.

That house is hideous. And he’s wearing a toboggan in Los Angeles.

Are you talking about the third video?
The second one was about the movie theater, bar, 50 car garage, 8 br slave quarters, wellness area, beauty salon, etc.
The whole thing is insane, but I did like the bowling alley and theater areas.

OMG that is by far the most interesting, most cringeworthy thing I’ve seen this week. Like watching a train wreck live
That dude will be dead within a year. He’s out of touch with reality, he’s obviously got some issues
Does he actually believe people will give him money to “change the world” and that was his pitch?
OP should add the second video to OP....it is WAYY better than the tour of the house
Yeah, his ex must have done a number on him. That guy is completely out of his mind. Teenage artists from around the world showing art galleries, boxing matches on the grounds, hosting the Oscars, virtual reality shark tank to save the oceans...I mean, that might be one of the craziest "guy-up-for-4-days-on-cocaine" rants I've ever heard. That dude is a desperate man, willing to do and say anything to to save his ego and salvage whatever is left of his bank acct after a nasty divorce and building a giant ugly house in a neighborhood notorious for overpriced houses that stay on the market for years.
I mean, his billionaire buddy won't even buy him a cheeseburger, for God's sake!

He shows the fake flowers for "sustainability" then proceeds to show the family room kitchen that "no one will ever use". Guy needs to lay off the blow.

This guy met, married, and then divorced all during covid? Lol
