Definitely desperate and out of money. Clearly not finished. Couldn’t even afford to completely furnish it and fill pantry or wine cellar.

Also, went through some crazy marriage and divorce. A businessman usually fails during something like that.

Dude looks like an Adam Sandler character.

I bet it sells for $50M.

I laughed when he said "unfortunately a lot of the guys in LA are scumbags".

Not very self aware.

And his solution was to put cameras in the men's bathroom and broadcast it into the women's. Uh.... OK.

Watched all 3 videos last night. Basically it’s a pitch to find moron investors so he doesn’t go belly up

He’s definitely manic. It appears as though he is going through a manic episode, perhaps triggered by some really shitty choices.

I figured that out when he said,

"Bought this with my ex wife, met her during Covid. Things didn't work out."

Given this guy's previous disastrous track record who's loaning him $500,000,000 for this train wreck?

Eta count the number of times he says "don't film this direction" during the tour.

What a con man.

That doesn’t even look like a house.

It has a parking deck, lobby, multiple sitting areas, multiple pools, sky bar, running track, nightclub, movie theatre, art galleries, spa/beauty salon, gym w/ juice bar, bowling alley with lounge, restaurant kitchen, tennis court, "staff quarters" (that are way too luxurious)...

Who is he kidding, this isn't a house, it is a hotel.
