Came to Sulphur today after waking to no power & no cell phone service. Headed to Beaumont tomorrow and then Houston for a few days.

Well I stayed in Nola for the storm. And today when I realized how bad the electrical and water issues were I said frick it and just went to my buddy's place

Haven’t left New Orleans yet, but planning on going to Mobile or Pensacola tomorrow or Wednesday and staying at least a week.

Went into total wine today in Houston with my Saints shirt & the lady asked me if the Saints were playing in town. That I was the 8th person to come in with Saints gear lol

We went to Mobile on Saturday. I know you aren’t supposed to go east but we just wanted to get away from the thing. Left at 7:30 AM and got to Mobile around 1:00 PM. Mississippi was basically one long stretch of traffic.
It’s been rainy here as the bands swept across but we found this great house in downtown Mobile and it’s been a godsend during this time.

Birmingham, the secret to evacuating is always go north, east/west is a cluster, we went up I-55 on Saturday with zero traffic.
