I don’t know who any of these people are, but I actually saw this story randomly, and he’s an idiot because wife is out of his league to begin with.
From what I could piece together, he’s one of those dudes who used to be obese and now thinks he’s hot shite.

The real story about this isn't that Ethan Klein is a hypocritical PoS
It's that so many pathetic Reddit people developed an unhealthy parasocial relationship with people on a podcast that they are all depressed now and having meetups to cope
Go on X and search h3h3 and you will see tons of sad and pathetic Reddit posts about this situation. People are mentally unwell.

They are a weird cult now but early H3 videos were good. Most famous video is "Vape Nation".

He was a poor loser and his wife still married him
Then he got rich on Youtube and from his podcast and became a hypocrite who would do exactly what he called other people out for, including becoming a homewrecker.
He got sued once over copyright, and the whole internet raised a GFM for him to fight back, claiming fair use as his defense. He won that case but later went after people on Reddit and X for clipping his videos from his podcast AKA fair use.
Complete and utter hypocrite.

Yeah I bet most people on here have seen a part of an old H3 video.
He's rebranded himself like 10x and gets more serious and smarmy with ever iteration.

Dude has three young kids, a supportive pretty wife who’s been with him since the beginning and who runs her own successful business, and one of the best jobs in the world where he’s made millions by just showing up to a studio a few days a week and shooting the shite and having fun with his friends for a couple hours.
He threw it all away over a high school level infatuation with an employee who was obsessed with him (that’s the belief and it hasn’t been denied). After he has several times over the years called cheaters pathetic idiots.

Ethan Klein is an OG YouTuber. He met Hila (his wife) when they were like 21 and 18 on a trip to a holocaust museum. Ethan was a mess and Hila pushed him to start Youtube and she was the editor. The channel evolved into a podcast and having a "crew" and has become very cult-like.
Ethan has been a "wife guy" who always professed his love for Hila and shite on others for cheating (See Ned Fulmer". Turns out he has been having an affair with a new "crew member" who is 27 (allegedly). This blew up over the weekend and the cult fans have been in nuclear meltdown mode.

Dude, he was funny when he first started years ago so a lot of people heard of him but may have forgotten all about him until now.
The triggered gif used here often is from one of his early videos. The videos where he actually made fun of and called out bullshite.
The fame and success went to his head, though. He stopped calling out people/things the whole internet could agree about and started becoming a douchebag hypocrite.
I bet you have seen parts of his Vape Nation videos making fun of people who vape
