Entitled employees leaving early???

Where do people get the notion that just because they are on paid holidays the next two days they should be able to cut out around lunchtime???? You're getting two days off! Today is a regular work day dammit! Three of my co workers are literally pissed right now we haven't gotten the go-ahead to cut out early from our boss. One is cursing up a storm and the other two keep pacing back and forth in front of my office. Entitled pricks......

I'm just talking attitudes in general...mostly younger ones. If they were told they could leave at 2, you would see most sneaking out at 1:30. It's your job....YOU ARE GETTING PAID!!!!!!!

They are getting paid to do their job, not sit around doing jack shite on a day where most of the professional work force is calling it quits early.
