You're way to dumb for a job, and taco bell doesn't piss test, so you're good.

The testing protocol is determined by the position
I've been drug tested for employment as a bartender when having to work with a lot of cash, but not tested when I got a job in a much more 'prestigious' position in an office setting. Working for any O&G you will be hair tested now day for almost any gig even if you only step on a yard once a year. I was piss tested for a job once due to there being a security clearance in and out of the building..... what I'm saying is the drug testing policy is going to be different for every job and for different reasons.

Yeah I can quit smoking weed, I just want to interview and see if they are companies I'd like to work for.
Then quit now. You can be clean in as little as a week.

Yes weed. Didn't know if I told the employer upfront and say if I was given the opportunity I would gladly pass in 45 days after start of employment
To be completely honest with you, if this is your line of thinking and you're being honest in this thread, you might want to just consider moving to Section-8 and going on welfare.

I've passed a ton of them. The easiest way? Synthetic urine. But, if they put the line too high on the cup, you may be in trouble. I know someone that failed in Colorado because of that. Then, you'd need two bags of fake piss.
Temperature is also a major concern. The included heating pads get hotter than 100°. That means you'll fail for it being too hot. It's a delicate balance.
The drinks can work. I bought one that was a 32 ounce drink, that you refilled twice. That will definitely work, but you gotta be smart, and buy at home drug tests to know that you're clean.
When I did it, i quit smoking for a few days, and I drank the drink and all the recommended water. I started to piss like I never have before. After a couple hours, I finally passed a test. I jumped in my car, stopped to piss three times during the 30 minutes drive, but I passed.
I must've pissed 30-40 times that day. By the end, my dick hurt from pissing so often. My stomach was in knots from the massive vitamin overload. But I passed. I've only used synthetic since. But the drink with multiple at home test is the best. If you get the lab to accept the synthetic sample, you're good. But the technicians are trying to find the fake stuff, so it's not as easy as in the past.

I'm thinking about interviewing for a few to see if I can land a job I'd be happy with. I have been smoking for about 45 days. Should I be up front and honest and is this a big deal to employees
Smoking weed > job/career

Dude quit smoking. It's illegal still and can frick up a future that it looks like you're working on. Sad it's illegal but is.
I haven't smoked in years and years and don't even associate with people that smoke just due to the risk involved. Also job ramifications.
All this is true. But I miss it everyday, and the day it is legalized I'll never touch alcohol again. I can't fricking wait for that day

You're a douche. You don't know me, I have very nice things that I've worked my arse off for. Everyone makes life decisions, and honestly weed is no different than pain meds or alcohol. You're fast to judge without knowing the situation

You need between 5-10 days smoke free if they test for that shite, more if you're smoking menthol cigarettes. It can be detected in hair for 90 days, but most companies don't test hair. They test blood or urine.

Drug tests aren't to see if you do drugs as much as they are to see if you can stop them long enough to pass the drug test. Are you too addicted to stop, and can you function with the drugs

Tell them its for your PTSD but you recovered now

Um...no. It doesn't work like that. Companies have policies for a reason. They are certainly not skipping any drug testing if there is any kind of safety issue or if they are at all concerned about liability (driving company vehicle that kind of thing).
If you can't stop smoking pot to get a job, what makes you think you can stop to keep a job?

Honestly I started smoking because I hate pills. So my doc at the VA suggested trying it. I don't regret it. The last 45 days have been amazing. Like I said I'm fine financially?. I could invest more and what not, but I'm a college student with a family. I go to college come home and update my house. It's fun and all being home with my 2 year old daughter but who doesn't like more money & advancement in life?

You're getting caught up on minutia bullshite like insurance premiums and contract eligibility, did you not read where this guy has an awesome personality? That's what's important here.

I did mention this but VA can't technically prescribe a medical card. So that's why I said 45 days and I'll be clean with employment

Telling your perspective employer that you smoke weed is not OK. Quit smoking now...A home remedy that I know that works is drink pickle juice..as much as you can.

Companies don't choose to not test based on someone's personality...they require testing because their insurance requires it. Whomever told you this isnt shooting you straight.
